Rolls-Royce Black Badge Ghost Tourist Trophy is a one-off sedan celebrating Charles Rolls’ victory on the Isle of Man 120 years ago.

Rolls-Royce is not usually associated with motorsport, but the brand’s early history includes an important racing moment. To mark it, the company has created a one-off Black Badge Ghost Tourist Trophy, inspired by Charles Rolls’ victory on the Isle of Man in 1906.

The name refers to the Tourist Trophy, the famous Isle of Man event where Rolls drove a green Rolls-Royce Racer Light 20 HP wearing race number 4. That historic car directly influenced the new Ghost’s design.

The bespoke sedan is finished in a deep emerald green, while small number 4 graphics appear on the front fenders. Rolls-Royce also fitted unique wheels with a special design and low-profile tires, giving the car a more purposeful look than a standard Ghost.

The cabin continues the racing theme in a more discreet way. Black leather is combined with orange inserts and contrast stitching, while the rear seatback features an embroidered outline of the Isle of Man.

More details are hidden throughout the interior. The circular air vents carry Charles Rolls’ racing registration number and the coordinates of the Short Highroads Course. The door sills display the chassis number of the winning car, while brown floor mats add a vintage-inspired touch.

As with other Black Badge models, traditional wood trim is replaced by carbon fiber. This gives the cabin a darker, more technical character while still keeping the luxury atmosphere expected from a Rolls-Royce.

No mechanical changes have been announced. That means the Tourist Trophy uses the standard Black Badge Ghost setup, with a 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 producing 600 hp and 900 Nm of torque.

The engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The Black Badge version also has a more responsive powertrain mode, activated by the subtle Low button. In this setting, the transmission shifts up to 50 percent faster and keeps the engine more alert.

Performance remains impressive for such a large luxury sedan. The Black Badge Ghost accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds, while top speed is limited to 250 km/h.

Rolls-Royce has not revealed the price of the one-off Ghost Tourist Trophy. However, given that a regular Black Badge Ghost already starts above £325,000, this unique commission almost certainly costs significantly more.
