Pagani Zonda Cervino Reimagines the Zonda Through the Unico Program

Pagani has revealed the Zonda Cervino at Fuori Concorso on Lake Como, presenting it as one of the most ambitious modern reinterpretations of the Zonda. Unlike a traditional restoration, the Cervino is a complete bespoke transformation created through the brand’s Unico program.

The project starts with an existing Zonda chassis, but the result is far more than a personalized color scheme or interior specification. Pagani describes the Cervino as a full reimagining of the car, shaped around the vision of its owner and rebuilt with its own design identity.

The bodywork is completely new. Its surfaces were redesigned to create a cleaner and more dramatic look inspired by the purity of alpine peaks, which also explains the Cervino name. The car keeps the emotional and analog character of the Zonda, but visually it moves into a more modern and sculptural direction.

Pagani also updated the technical package. The Cervino receives a newly developed suspension system with new dampers and high-end mechanical components, bringing the driving experience closer to modern performance standards while preserving the original Zonda foundation.

The car represents the philosophy behind Pagani Unico: the customer is not simply choosing options, but effectively co-creating a one-off machine with the atelier. Each project uses an existing chassis as a canvas for a complete stylistic and technical transformation.

With the Zonda Cervino, Pagani shows that the Zonda is not just a historic model from the brand’s early years. It remains a living platform for unique creations, capable of being reborn decades later as something entirely new and impossible to replicate.
