While enthusiasts wait on the hardcore SV, Lamborghini's Japanese arm gets its own exclusive V12 hybrid dressed in samurai iconography and capped at just two dozen examples.

Not everyone chasing a hotter Revuelto has to wait for the rumored SV variant. Lamborghini has quietly carved out a special one-market exception, giving Japan a version of its plug-in hybrid V12 flagship that won't be sold anywhere else in the world.

Called the Revuelto Impavido, the car celebrates a milestone rather than a performance upgrade: 25 years of Lamborghini's presence in Japan. Fittingly, only 25 units will be built, each one a product of the brand's Ad Personam bespoke division, which typically handles one-off commissions rather than full limited runs.

What sets this Revuelto apart isn't mechanical - it's cultural. Designers leaned into the aesthetics of Bushido, the traditional samurai code, translating armor motifs into gold accent lines that trace across the hood, roofline, rear deck, and front fascia. Center stage on the hood sits a graphic lifted from the maedate, the ornamental crest samurai warriors once mounted on their helmets, paired with a set of racing stripes running the length of the body.

Buyers get to pick from four distinct looks, split evenly between glossy and matte finishes. The metallic options include Verde Campus, a jade-inspired Hisui Jade, and a katana-referencing Grigio Artis Lucido. On the flat side, Grigio Crater Matt echoes the dark tones of samurai armor plating, while Rosso Pyra brings a bold matte red into the mix.

Every Impavido rolls on staggered forged wheels - 21 inches up front, 22 out back - finished in Shiny Black and paired with Bronzo-colored brake calipers, extending the warrior theme down to the smallest details. Step inside and the samurai influence continues with Nero Ade leather upholstery, Bronzo Oreadi trim accents, and custom stitching patterns unique to this build.

Each car also comes with proof of its exclusivity: a numbered carbon fiber plate reading "1 di 25" through "25 di 25," permanently marking its place in the limited run.

Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann framed the project as a showcase for what the brand's customization arm can achieve. According to him, the Revuelto represents where Lamborghini's super sports cars are headed, while the Impavido shows how Ad Personam can reshape that vision into something deeply personal, blending regional heritage with the brand's own engineering identity.
