White

An American manufacturer founded in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1900. Started with steam-powered cars, then shifted to gasoline vehicles. Known for producing luxury cars in the early 1900s. By the 1910s, it focused on trucks, buses, and military vehicles. Played a major role in the U.S. truck industry until it was sold in 1980 to Volvo. Early White cars are now rare collectibles.
