1st generation

The Trumpchi GS4 first generation, produced from 2015 to 2019, is a compact crossover SUV from GAC Motor that became one of China's best-selling domestic SUVs during its run. Riding on a front-wheel-drive (with available AWD variants) platform, the GS4 offered a choice of naturally aspirated and turbocharged four-cylinder engines paired with manual, dual-clutch, or CVT transmissions. Its styling blended a bold chrome grille, sculpted bonnet, and coupe-like roofline, giving it a premium look well above its price point. Inside, the cabin featured soft-touch materials, a touchscreen infotainment system, and generous space for a family-oriented SUV.
