Trabant

Trabant was a car brand produced by the VEB Sachsenring Automobilwerke Zschopau in the former German Democratic Republic (East Germany). It was a significant symbol of the East German automotive industry during the Cold War era, and the vehicles were known for their distinctive design, affordability, and simple engineering. Production of Trabant cars continued from the 1950s until the 1990s, and they were a mainstay on the roads of East Germany.
