Scout Motors is an American off-road vehicle brand revived by Volkswagen Group from the historic International Harvester Scout, which was produced from 1960 to 1980. The modern Scout brand focuses on rugged, retro-inspired electric and range-extended 4x4s built for the U.S. market, with body-on-frame construction and serious off-road hardware. Its first new models are the Scout Traveler SUV and Scout Terra pickup, planned for production in the United States.
