M-Hero

M-Hero is a Chinese premium off-road vehicle brand launched by Dongfeng Motor Corporation in 2023. Known as Mengshi (猛士) in China, the brand grew out of Dongfeng’s military-vehicle technology and focuses on extreme luxury SUVs and pickup trucks with serious off-road capability. Its first production model, the M-Hero 917, combines a rugged body-on-frame-style design with either a pure-electric or range-extended powertrain, advanced four-wheel drive, and very high power, positioning it against vehicles such as the Mercedes-AMG G 63 and other ultra-premium off-roaders.
