Kaiser

Kaiser Motors was an American automaker founded after World War II by industrialist Henry J. Kaiser and auto executive Joseph W. Frazer. The company became known for stylish, modern postwar cars and later merged with Willys-Overland, shifting focus toward Jeep and utility vehicles. Although Kaiser passenger cars disappeared in the 1950s, the company played an important role in the history of independent U.S. automakers.
