The Ford Model F was an early production automobile built by Ford Motor Company from 1905 to 1906, positioned as a more refined, upscale touring car above the entry-level Model C and Model B. It featured a two-cylinder engine producing around 16 horsepower, a longer wheelbase, and a five-passenger touring body, reflecting Ford's early experimentation with different market segments before Henry Ford committed fully to mass-market simplicity. Priced higher than Ford's smaller cars, the Model F offered improved comfort and detailing for buyers wanting more than the basic runabout. It represents an important transitional chapter in Ford's lineup just before the arrival of the revolutionary Model T in 1908.
