Ceer

Ceer is Saudi Arabia’s first homegrown automotive brand, established in 2022 as a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Foxconn. Foxconn provides the EV platform and technology, while BMW supplies licensed component technologies. Ceer focuses on electric vehicles for the Saudi and wider Middle Eastern markets, with production planned in Saudi Arabia.
