Bristol Cars was a distinguished British manufacturer of hand-built luxury automobiles, renowned for its craftsmanship and exclusivity. Established in 1945 as an offshoot of the Bristol Aeroplane Company, the firm ventured into automobile production post-World War II. Its inaugural model, the Bristol 400, debuted in 1946, drawing heavily from pre-war BMW designs, notably the BMW 326, 327, and 328.
