The Acura SLX is a midsize luxury SUV sold from 1996 to 1999. Based on the Isuzu Trooper, it offered body-on-frame construction, four-wheel drive, a spacious interior, and V6 power, serving as Acura’s first SUV before the MDX arrived.

It offers a lineup of premium sedans and SUVs, including the Integra, TLX, RDX, MDX, and the all-electric ZDX. Acura is known for its “Precision Crafted Performance” philosophy, blending advanced technology with dynamic driving experiences. The brand is transitioning toward electrification, with models like the ZDX built on GM’s Ultium platform. Additionally, Acura plans to introduce the RSX, its first original electric vehicle featuring Honda’s proprietary platform and the Asimo operating system, by 2026.
