Coupe

The Acura CL debuted for 1997 as a sporty two-door coupe built on the Honda Accord platform, sold only in North America. It offered a base 2.2/2.3-liter four-cylinder or a 3.0-liter V6, with the 1998 CL 3.0 introducing a Type S variant featuring a more powerful, high-revving engine and firmer sport-tuned suspension.

Additionally, Acura plans to introduce the RSX, its first original electric vehicle featuring Honda’s proprietary platform and the Asimo operating system, by 2026.
